| If you are in the unfortunate position of being a director of a company in liquidation, you may find that you are facing a “Section 150 Application”. This is a High Court Order, which if granted, only allows you to act as a director of a company where there is a minimum paid up share capital of €63,487 (IR£50,000). It should be noted that this restriction applies to each and every directorship held. Clearly, for a person with several directorships there are implications. O’Brien & Co. can advise and assist with defending a Section 150 Application. O’Brien & Co. is fully conversant with the Section 150 and High Court practice and procedures.
